Club Allard
Chef Diego Guerrero was in charge of El Club Allard, winning his two Michelin stars, until 2013, when the reins of this majestic space were taken by the self-taught Maria Marte del Rosario, who did his part to keep the two stars firmly in place. He moved in early 2018, and chef José Carlos Fuentes took over, bringing a cuisine that stands out for its delicacy and innovation, as well as for the chef’s knowledge and mastery of traditional national and international cuisine, especially Japanese, after passing through Tokyo, which is an interesting addition to the menu.
