NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED
Any attempt to party will incur a call to the police department for eviction, a $2,000 charge and immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund.

NO SMOKING OR DRUGS
No smoking or drugs, any attempt to smoke will incur a call to the police department and a $300 charge. No smoke in front, backyard or inside home of the property in any moment.

NO LOUD NOISE
Quiet hours 11pm - 7am smart sensors adapted to noise limits regulations to help you to control excess of noise at any moment. Police calls due noise complaints from neighbors will be considered a party, and the same fine will be applied.

NO EXTRA OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS
The registration of the specific number of guests is necessary to comply with all local regulations. no extra guests or walk-in friends in any time without previous authorization. Please contact our team to add and verify extra guests.

NO COMMERCIAL FILMING / SHOOTING WITHOUT PREVIOUS AUTHORIZATION.

RESPECT NEIGHBORS
This is a luxe residential area, respect neighbors in any moment.

PARK
It is only allowed to park a maximum of 3 vehicles. No visitor parking and no vehicles can be left on the street.

DO NOT CONSUME BEVERAGES OR FOOD IN THE ROOMS
Do not consume beverages or food in the rooms, as they may bring ants. Additionally, stains on the sofa or beds require professional cleaning.

DOORS AND WINDOWS
Keep doors and windows closed to maintain the temperature of the property and avoid damage from air conditioning.

LIGHTS
Turn off all lights, heating system and A/C when leaving the property.

DO NOT THROW ANY TRASH, TOWELS, WIPES, ETC., INTO THE TOILET.
Do not flush trash, towels, washcloths, etc., down the toilet.

PATIO
The patio lights are automated, they will turn at sunset and they will turn off at 12 a.m, no noise is allowed in the patio after that hour.

GARBAGE
Keep the property clean; dumpsters are on the right side of the villa. Place the dumpster in front of the property if you need trash picked up or if the dumpster is full.

IMPORTANT: The management company or property owner may run maintenance on the pool and other amenities to assure correct conditions, but there may be an unforeseen inconvenience, such as equipment failure or bad weather. This won’t grant any refund.
